Most of our business is by referral, and we have been looking for a way to recognise this and thank our existing customers for recommending us to friends and relatives.
From 3 January 2012, any existing customer who recommends someone who buys a kitchen from us will receive a Fortnum and Mason Champagne and Chocolates box.
The offer will apply when the new customer tells us who referred them, and the box will be sent after the new customers kitchen has been delivered.
